The club take the health and safety of all its members very seriously and have procedures in place to ensure there is a safe environment for everyone both on the water and in the clubhouse. If you have any questions please speak with the Safety Officer (details below).
We are very lucky that we have a relatively safe river, but as with all water there are always hazards that need to be taken into account. If you do see anything of concern please raise it immediately with the Safety Officer.
In addition to the club advice we suggest that anyone going onto the water should also take the time to read British Rowing’s Rowsafe advice which can be found: www.britishrowing.org/about-us/policies-guidance/rowsafe.
